Le Rose’ d’ Folie, France, Beaujolais Rose’
100% Gamay. From Jean-Paul Brun’s organically farmed, old vines on clay-limestone soils in the hills of Charnay in the southern Beaujolais. The bunches are hand-harvested and directly pressed with no maceration. The juice is fermented in tank with native yeasts. The wine goes through malolactic fermentation and is aged in tank. It is bottled with a light, non-sterile filtration.
Bright pink hue with great acidity and a crisp mineral finish. HELLOOOO SPRING!

This wine has aromas of white grapefruits, lime pith, crushed stones, white lavender, praline and spiced apples. The energy and focus is impressive, with a medium-bodied, compact palate, driven by sharp acidity. Long and mineral. Drink or hold.

Clare’ J.C. Langhe Nebbiolo 2022, Italy
Claré JC is a unique wine, a take on the forgotten days of Nebbiolo, when it was enjoyed in its lighter and fresher garment. The winemaking protocol follows the 1606 writings of G.B. The wine is bottled soon after the fermentation so as to retain a gentle off-dry finish and a lovely energy. The 2022 Claré JC shows gorgeous cherry and Nebbiolo tones on the nose and a very silky and flowerful finish. Simply AMAZING!
