Atlantis, beautiful Greek White~grapes are harvested from young vies averaging 40 years old. The soil is volcanic with pumice and sand. All the vines are basket pruned, are are not irrigated. Grapes are handpicked very early in the morning. Sorting is done by hand and destemming follows. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with selected yeast.
Tasting Notes: Bright yellow color with vibrant aromas of citrus fruits, lemon blossom, and delicate notes of exotic fruits. Medium body, with a good balance in the mouth. Pairs well with fish and seafood, pasta and light poultry dishes.
