Skouras Mosofilero; Peloponnese, Greece
Kevin’s Notes: Are you kidding me…Greek white wine, where have you been all my life??? Honeysuckle fragrance putting off flavors of orange zest with a hint minerality gives this light wine a long memorable finish. So what do you do with it? You pair it with any light flaky fish or fowl, as well as, meal that contain lemon, thyme, and/or rosemary. Or better yet, get a movie, a bag of popcorn and kick your feet up!

Mas de Pampelonne Cotes de Provence Rose
L I M I T E D Q U A N T I T Y !
Not far from Château de Pampelonne, the Mas de Pampelonne estate borders Saint Tropez’s most famous beach on the plain of Ramatuelle.
Founded in 1886 by Henri Florentin Gal, the property was expanded by his grandson Lucien Gal after WWII and now encompasses 35 acres of prime Riviera real estate. In 1964, Lucien joined the Gasquet-Pascaud family and other neighboring growers to create Les Maîtres Vignerons de Saint Tropez.
Tasting Notes: Pale salmon hue with beautiful luminosity. Strong and persistent nose, combining floral and citrus notes. Lively on the palate with a clean and crisp attack and a slightly iodized note, leaving a pleasant impression of length.
Kevin’s Notes – Why is the Little Nell pouring this by the glass? You’ll see why. It is stunning, but there is no more available for retail stores

Bodegas Rejadorada Temple 2011 Tempranillo
L I M I T E D Q U A N T I T Y !
Toro is a wine region in Castilla y Leon, north-western Spain, known for its powerful red wines made from Tempranillo. It is named for the town of Toro, an ancient settlement located on the Duero River (which bisects the region’s northern half) just 40 miles east of the Portuguese border. The Spanish word toro means ‘bull’, and while it is unclear precisely how the town’s name came about, the bull is nonetheless a fitting symbol for robust, red Toro wines.
Winemaker Notes – Deep aromas of rich, ripe black fruit well balanced with the aromas from the oak: vanilla, cinnamon and cassis. It is balanced and potent in the mouth, with nice tannins that are well polished and slightly sweetened by the oak. Toro is known for BIG REDS so c’mon and let’s get big!

Flying Horse Knights Valley Cabernet 2006
L I M I T E D Q U A N T I T Y !
Kevin’s Notes: This may be the last 3 cases of the Knights Valley Cab and the 2006. This is a tremendous buy and was one of the wines that I bought on a special inventory reduction from a small wholesaler because he had too much going into the off season of Vail, Aspen and other ski villages that thrive in the summer and die in autumn.
