Larceny Straight Bourbon 92 Proof – Kentucky – https://www.gentlemenranters.com/whiskey/review/larceny-bourbon/
Heaven Hill released Larceny in 2012.
It is a blend of 6-12 yrs old barrels, so it’s a 6 year Bourbon
The mash bill for Larceny is the same used for Old Fitzgerald: 68 percent corn, 20 percent wheat and 12 percent malted barley.
Kevin – As you see Larceny is a “wheated” whiskey much like Maker’s Mark and Weller. When it first came out I was very excited, but the flavors were a little underwhelming, but that has all changed. This is wonderfully smooth, and full flavored with just the right amount of bump at 92 Proof. It’s a terrific bargain and it belongs in every cabinet!

All grains and water are Colorado. The mash bill is 70% Yellow Corn, 15% rye, and 15% Malted Barley.
“Aged a minimum of four years in deeply charred new American oak, has just enough spice to get your attention, with hints of cinnamon, caramel, and honey in the background.”
Nevada Distilling Smoke Wagon Bottled-In-Bond Rye 100 Proof

“A high percentage of corn adds a nice rich sweetness that balances out the flavor notes of Rye’s big black pepper and cinnamon spice. Creating a flavor profile that starts off creamy, rich with fruit and candy flavor notes that has a big, bold, complex spicy finish that lingers for an eternity. Nov 28, 2022

Mash Bill: 80% Corn, 10% Malted Corn, 5% Rye, 5% Malted Barley – Fill Date:08/19/2014
Originally distilled by the Lovell family in Mt. Airy, GA this bourbon has a unique mash bill consisting of corn, malted corn, rye, and malted barley. After the closure of Ivy Mountain Distillery in 2015, the remaining barrels were eventually sold and moved to Texas for two brief years. The barrels have returned to Georgia and are being bottled for your enjoyment.
Taste – The bourbon is very rich and full bodied with notes of sweet caramel and chocolate orange. The malted corn adds a light floral character to the aroma and on the finish the whiskey lingers with smooth oak tannins light flavors of spiced baked apple.
