Château d’Or et de Gueules, Costières de Nîmes, Rosé Les Cimels  2015

Château d’Or et de Gueules was born in 1998. The name comes from the family crest of Diane de Puymorin, with its colours reflecting the personality of the wines she produces – gold (d’Or’ in French) to signify the depth and fullness of the southern sun and warmth, red (‘Gueules’ in old French) for the character, power and round.

Grape varieties: This wine from Southern France in the Costieres de Nimes is made from Mourvèdre (40%), Cinsault (40%), Syrah (10%), Grenache (10%)

Winery Tasting Notes:

A delicate pink robe complemented by a nose of great finesse; notes of citrus, fruit and flowers give it a nice complexity. Long and round on the palate, its finish features notes of citrus.
